How do I buy raffle tickets?

Browse the available raffles, choose a quantity, and complete checkout. Your tickets will be reserved during checkout and confirmed once payment is completed.

How will I know if I win?

Winners are contacted using the email address and phone number provided at checkout. Completed raffle results may also be published on the site when available.

Can I get a refund?

Refund availability depends on the raffle rules and the order status. If you have a question about an order, contact the EVFD team for assistance.

Do some raffles have age restrictions?

Yes. Certain raffles may be limited by age or promotional rules. Those restrictions will be clearly shown on the raffle and category pages.
